Yoga 1

Let’s start by keeping your legs straight and wide

Inhale by lifting your arms up

Exhale and move your arms all the way down to your back

Hold your hands tight

Roll your shoulders back by lifting your chest up

Next release your hands and move back to your normal position

 

Yoga 2

Stand straight with your legs nice and tall

Give a forward fold by bending all the way down

Rest your hands on the floor or if you can’t reach the floor you can hold your legs

Next lift your body straight

Give a side bend on the right and another on the left

 

Yoga 3

Child’s Pose

Sit down comfortably. Keep your knees wide.

 

Extend your hands.

 

Soften your body and move forward. Rest your forehead on the mat.

 

Now take 5 deep inhale

 

Along with 5 exhale with your mouth

 

Yoga 4

Now lie down over your yoga mat

 

Keep your knees up while palms touching the surface of the mat

 

Hold your right shin and pull the leg over your body

 

Do the same with your left leg

 

Yoga 5

Keep lying over your yoga mat

Now move your knees wide while palms touching each other

Hold your hips with your hands on the both side

Take a few deep breaths

Let your muscle relax

 

And you’re done!

 

Stand straight

Feel the warmth and the flow of energy into your body
