While they also maintain a healthier diet and perform exercises.

I did some research to figure out the answer. 

And found the great secret formula.

That is The Japanese Water Therapy.

Japanese people follow a water ritual which is an effective practice in many cases.

It is believed to be helpful for diabetics, controlling blood pressure and also improve the immune system.

Yet scientists didn’t prove any major benefits.

But if you ask me.

I’d say it worked for me and 

There are countless number of people recommending the water routine for it's amazing benefits.

So I’ll discuss the process, benefits, and risks you need to avoid. 

I’ll also share my modified process which is easier and effective.

Here are some major benefits some practitioners and I noticed after a month of practicing The Japanese Water Therapy.

Wash Away The Toxins
Water is effective at flushing the toxins away from your body which helps to improve your skin and metabolism.

Improves Skin Appearance
If you have serious pimple or acne.

Drinking water will help your skin to revive.

It has emerged to be the best solution I’ve got, to have a clear and perfect skin. 

My wrinkles are now diminished and it has been transformed into a radiant and glowing face.

Reduce Weight
This water routine also improved my metabolism which is great for weight loss.

Even after I ate so much, drinking water has helped me to control my weight and form the perfect body shape.

Healthier & Shiny Hair
Drinking water more often improves your hair.

Many people reported to be able to transform their hair from brittle to grow incredibly shiny long hair.

Increased Energy & Focus
I’ve got the gut to exercise more and become productive.

It might be an extraordinary health benefit. 

But it’s one of those I noticed on my first month of practicing this.

This motivated me to continue doing this water routine regularly.

Though researchers couldn’t figure out any valuable facts about it. 

I’ve got to admit that it has improved my overall health, skin, and hair.

But I seriously don’t recommend this water routine for any kind of medical treatment.

The steps are really simple:

-        After you wake up, immediately drink 4-6 glasses of water
It should be before you brush your teeth.

-        Wait for 45 minutes before you sit for breakfast
-        The water should be according to the room temperature
You can start from 2, and gradually increase the number of glasses.

-        After finishing your lunch/dinner, don’t eat or drink anything for at least 2 hours

-        Chew your food properly
-        Slow walk for at least 1 hour regularly

It’s that simple!

Follow this routine regularly to get the full potential benefits.

 What’s my routine?
Though it is an effective process, it’s still not fully recognized by the scientists. 

There are some notable lacking this water therapy has.

So I modified my process, which is also responsive and beneficial.

Instead of drinking 4-6 glasses of water, I drink at least 3 glasses every morning as soon as I wake up.

This is because, according to doctors, more than 5 glasses of water within an hour can hurt your kidneys a bit. 

So I don’t like taking the risk to get even closer.

5 minutes before I have my food, I drink a glass of water.

After eating my food, I drink less than a half glass of water. This helps to clean and properly digest.

Then, I drink a glass of water after an hour of having my food.

I try to achieve my clear goal to drink at least 10 glasses of water daily.

So what’s should you do? 

Try at least for a month and you should be able to notice many health benefits from this water routine.

Not only me, millions of people including Japanese people have seen greater benefits of this water ritual.

So I recommend performing this regularly. 

It’ll help your immune system, develop metabolism, and improve the digestive process.

In short, it’ll keep your body, skin, and hair healthy.
