I joined the morning yoga session to power up my day.

It is the perfect time to stretch and strengthen your body to start your day in a positive and relaxing mood.

It keeps my energy focused, improved body image and as I continued to do so, I noticed lots of health and spiritual benefits.

Preparation

Get the perfect space

The place must be silent, and calm so that you can concentrate.

 

And the perfect timing is, of course, in the morning.

 

Yoga Mat

When I first tried yoga watching tutorials,

 

I performed over my bed sheet laying it down on a floor.

Stupid!!! I know

 

I continued to do so until I got to know about the special mats made for performing yoga.

Yoga Pants

Not everyone wants it, but yoga pants are useful if you don’t have pants that are comfortable enough.

 

I found Fengbay Yoga Leggings from Amazon which are not too tight nor very loose, and really comfy to wear, so I prefer them.

 

These were some of my best recommendations for the perfect yoga experience.

 

So that you don’t feel like yoga is one of the worst thing you’re doing in your life.





Now that you’re fine with everything you have, let’s dive right into the steps

As soon as you walk to your yoga mat here are some steps to perform.

Step 1
Walk in the middle of your mat.

Raise your hands.

Grab your left wrist with your right hand.

And do a side bend on the right.

Next, do the opposite by grabbing your right wrist with your left hand and a second bend on the left.




Step 2
 Keep your feet’s in a distance for a couple of inches.

Slowly bend downwards.

Rest your palms of the surface of the mat.

Relax your muscles.

Start counting up to 30 seconds. And when it’s over gently unroll your body.

You’ve relaxed your muscles increased the blood circulation. Now you’re ready to dive into the main steps of yoga.

Yoga - 3
Child’s Pose
Sit down comfortably. Keep your knees wide.

Soften your body and move forward. Rest your forehead on the mat.

Extend your hands.

Count up to 10 seconds and inhale deeply. Exhale with your mouth as you notice the relaxation of your muscles from head to toe.

Continue the breathing process for 6 times.

And then get into the normal sitting position.




Yoga - 4
This time keep your knees and palms in a dog’s position.


Rise your head upward and your belly down.

Inhale deeply.

As you exhale, do the opposite.

Lower your skull and your spine up.

Do it continuously for 10 inhales and 10 exhales.

This stretches your muscles and increases the yoga flow.

Yoga -5
Keep your palm on the surface of the mat just like the dog position.

Your head to the spine should be straight.

Curl your toes.

And lift your knees.

It might be tough for a beginner. But don’t worry. We’ll only do it for 15 seconds.

Yoga - 6
Downward Facing Dog
It’s a popular one. You’ll just have to form a triangle.

Keep your hands on the mat. And push your hips up.

Your head and your spinal cord should be straight and so the legs up to your toes should be.

Next, bend your right knee forward.

As you bend your left knee, move your right knee back straight.

Do this continuously for 30 times





Yoga - 7
Upward Facing Dog.
Another effective practice.

Form a curve shape.

Rise your head upward.

Keep your head to toe like a slider.

This strengthens your neck and relief neck pain.

Now your body is fully relaxed and you're feeling a lot open.

Let's face this position for 20 seconds.




Then gently stand up with your hands and legs straight. Focus on the weight and relaxed muscles. There might be a bit of pain in some part of your body.

Your mind is calm. Feel the hot air releasing from your body.

End it with a deep inhale by gradually raising your hands.

Stick your palms

As you exhale lower your hands up to your shoulders.
