Preparation

Get the perfect space

The place must be silent, and calm so that you can concentrate.

 

And the perfect timing before you get to bed.


Don't eat anything before you start yoga.

The yoga poses we’re going to perform should be on a continuous movement

 

So that your body keeps the energy, air, and blood flowing.

 

So let’s just dive into the yoga exercises that’ll help you to lose belly fat and weight rapidly.

 

Yoga- 1

Stand straight

Hands facing your body

As you inhale deeper,

Raise your hands up, like an upward clap

As you exhale, bring your hands down

 

Continue doing this for 10 times

 

This is the perfect yoga startup. 


It stretches your spine, prepares you for exercising.

 

Yoga- 2

Jumping Jacks

This exercise helps you to keep your blood and energy flow running and allows your body to burn calories.


Yoga- 3

Cobra Pose

Lay your body over to the mat,

Legs straight, and hands upfront stretched wide

Next lift your upper body up

 

It’ll make your body curve like a slide.

 

Hold this position for 10 seconds

Again rest your body to the ground

Then take a short break for about 5-8 seconds

 

Again do it for 10 seconds


Continue this posture like this for 3 times

 

Yoga- 4

Now lie down on your mat

Hands and legs straight

As you Inhale, bend your knees up to your chest

Hold your legs with your hand for 10 seconds

Start breathing normally

Exhale and release your legs and hands back to the original position

 

Continue doing it for 5 times.

 

Yoga- 5 & 6

Lay down your body over the mat

Now lift up your upper body by giving pressure with your palms

Rise your hips upward like a downward facing dog

 

Hold this position for 5 seconds.

 

Then move your body back to the position

Now at the same position

Bend your body on the left

Stretch your left hand up and straight

Hold this posture for 5 seconds

 

Next move back to the position and

This time bend on the right side, stretching your right hands

 

Rest your body on the mat for 30 seconds

 

Again back to the position and then another downward facing dog.

 

Continuously do it for 3 times.

 

This effectively loses fat and strengthens your belly

 

Yoga- 7

Stand straight

Move your right leg front

Stretch your left leg backward

Bend your body towards your right leg’s thigh

 

To keep the balance you can keep your hands and head as you want.

 

Hold this position for 10 seconds

Then back to the normal position

And again do the opposite

 

Continue doing this for 5 times at each direction

 

Yoga- 8

Bridge

Lie down over your mat

Now lift your hip up, forming like a curve bridge


Stay in this position for 20 seconds

Then take a 10 seconds break,

And again hold the position for 20 seconds.


Yoga- 9

Supine Twist

Lie down on your mat

Keep your legs bended

Now twist your leg on the right, for 15 seconds

Then twist it on the left, for 15 seconds



Yoga- 10

Bicycles


This yoga workout strengthens your thighs and belly sides.


Do it for 15 seconds and then a break for 10 seconds.


Again continue to do consistently for 5 times.
